Advance Program

Peak Performance Advance Program is designed to boost individual and team capability, to execute effective and efficient work outcomes according to the principles of Peak Performance work. The program can be taken together with the Foundation program over 2 days at a reduced price of just $999 plus tax or GST.

Individuals are introduced to the higher concepts of problem solving and project-based work.

The Advance Program is focused on enabling capability through an initial recognition that “ingrained complacency” limits overall team and organisational productivity.

Work (solving the right and strategic business problem) is seen in the broader context of definition and the end-to-end Work Management Life Cycle in project-based work, including advance confidence scheduling, while enabling participants to comprehend the importance and ability to address the 3 Big Questions, the 3 Pillars of Peak Performance, managing collaboration and team communications, addressing the 3 C's of Content, Clarity and Confirmation.

The Ultimate Program

This executive leadership program is designed to enable and facilitate a sustainable and unique strategic differentiator through Emergent Leadership and Disruptive Transformation - emergent evolution from within as the response to disruptive innovations all around.

Participants will go away with a clearer understanding of why traditional methods for dealing with complexity and uncertainty, and now volatility and ambiguity, are inadequate. They will learn to disarm themselves from predetermined outcomes to instead harness the collective will of the business as a singular convergence - to impact on core capability and strategic capacity for disruptive transformation (emergent evolution from within) and strategic differentiation.

The 1/2 day workshop guides participants to leverage and extend strategic agility for uncommon competitive advantage.

Project-based Capability

A fundamental and core aspect of our programs are directed towards enabling individuals to function as cohesive and collaborative teams and for teams to be able to function as part or all of the organisation. Project-based capability is the advance component of peak performance work. Here participants acquire the higher order Confidence, Capability and Control over their work by applying project-based methods including answering the 3 Big Questions, Traceability and Transparency, Dependencies and Schedule Development. Participants learn what it means to collaborate for the desired results and how to apply specific tools to close transition gaps that can lead to reworks and unplanned work (wastes and delays)


As a consultancy our programs are designed to enable or develop critical peak performance in project leadership, managed services, network operations, process optimisation and recruitment services. We also provide some after care in the form of coaching and mentoring. The Ultimate Program that addresses disruption, complexity and uncertainty as the norm more than an exception is our executive component. It includes a half-day executive workshop
